Dr. Welch has been a resident of Winter Haven for over 20 years. Originally from Ohio Dr. Welch came to Florida to attend the University of Florida.  He is happily married to Marcia Welch and has two sons.  Dr. Welch enjoys fishing, tennis and spending time with his three grandchildren. Dr. Welch is also very active in the community along with many charitable organizations.
